How to identify and win clients for technology and business process services, not only in Germany?

In this workshop session we present and discuss market opportunities, strategies and activities on positioning technology and business process services on the German market and how to organize an effective sales process.

This session is meant for anyone involved or interested in expansion, export of services, strategic management, marketing, communication and sales. The objective of this session is to provide inspiration and practical tips to optimize communication, presentation and sales activities.

Your presenters:

Stephan Fricke, CEO of Deutscher Outsourcing Verband and owner of 5com Media, a specialized market support outlet with focus on technology, business process and automation service industries, will share his experiences when working with businesses and public organizations on marketing and communication activities, will analyze market opportunities, present best practices for increasing recognition, and for lead generation on the German market.

Sascha Kronberg, CEO of the Berlin- & Budapest-based Management Consultancy IGNITE MY SALES GmbH, will take you onto the journey of how to sell services and technology to German midsize businesses. Sascha and his team have successfully helped numerous U.S. and European vendors with their market entry strategy and assisted them to scale their sales operations. Explore how to overcome the "German Angst" of picking unpredictable partners and how to cope with overcautious skepticism from potential clients. Learn how can you scale your sales most efficiently and remain in the driver seat.
