About the speaker:
Szymon Stadnik is a Director of Business Service Center of Swiss outsourcing group FRISTA. He is also a board member of FRISTA RETAIL BUSINESS CENTER SP. Z O.O. Szymon leads international BPO center in Warsaw, which provides outsourcing services in area of Finance and Accounting, Administration, IT and Customer Service.
Szymon holds extensive experience in managing multicultural teams. He created new Shared Service Center for Tally Weijl group in Warsaw. He has many years of experience in the role of CFO for Eastern Europe. He started his career as analyst in Unilevel group and then worked for 5 years in KPMG as auditor. He is Polish Chartered Accountant and ACCA Member. He is lecturer and speaker in the area of outsourcing and publishes in outsourcing press.
