Arjen Sader, GBS and SSC Advisory Leader, Dentons Advisory and former Associate Partner CEE GBS Advisory at Ernst&Young delivers keynote on changes caused and accelerated by RPA and AI in the global business service industry.
The Shared Service and Global Business Service market is constantly changing. Although people tend to tell that most changes are happening from an automation point of view, the reality is that there are many more areas that are subject to change and where companies are struggling. New developments will cause change in areas like how we handle our processes, how we perform them and also by whom they are performed. This all will have a significant impact on how the Shared Service and Global Business Service landscape of our organizations will look over the upcoming years.
In his presentation, Arjen will focus on the key areas of change in the Shared Service and Global Business Service market. What are the areas he sees are upcoming, which current trends are hyped up or not as easy as people tend to let you believe and how will Shared Service and GBS organizations look and develop over the next 10 years. A interesting journey through time that makes listeners think and provides new ideas how to further develop and where to be cautious.
